While Next Toppers built its early reputation primarily around CBSE Class 9 and 10 board exam preparation, the team behind it has since branched out into competitive exam coaching through a separate product called Mission JEET. If you’ve come across this name and wondered how it connects to the main Next Toppers platform, here’s a clear breakdown.
What Is Mission JEET?
Mission JEET is a standalone exam preparation app developed by Next Toppers, focused specifically on students preparing for competitive examinations rather than school board exams. It became available on the Google Play Store around March 2026 and has its own dedicated app listing, package name, and companion website, missionjeet.in, separate from the main Next Toppers app used for Class 9 and 10 CBSE coursework.
Who Is It Built For
As the name suggests, Mission JEET is aimed primarily at JEE aspirants, though its structure and format follow the same general model Next Toppers uses for its board exam batches: live scheduled classes, recorded lecture access for revision, and structured course content designed for students who want mobile-first access to coaching rather than relying solely on physical coaching centers.
Core Features
Mission JEET combines live, tutor-led classes with recorded and downloadable lectures, giving students both the discipline of scheduled instruction and the flexibility to revise material on their own time. Tutors can schedule classes that students who have purchased the relevant course can then join, following a familiar structure for anyone who has already used the main Next Toppers app. According to the app’s own description, its stated mission is to continuously find new ways to train the next generation of exam aspirants and make coaching accessible from anywhere, at any time.
Who’s Behind It
Mission JEET carries forward the same educator-led approach that built the original Next Toppers platform, with co-founder Shobhit Nirwan featuring prominently in promotional content and module reveals for the app. This continuity in teaching talent is likely intended to give competitive exam aspirants the same sense of trust and direct educator access that helped the original Next Toppers app grow quickly among board exam students.
How It’s Different From the Main Next Toppers App
The clearest distinction is subject focus and exam target: the original Next Toppers app centers on CBSE Class 9 to 12 board exam preparation, including Mathematics, Science, and Social Science, along with some State Board and CUET content, while Mission JEET is built specifically around competitive exam preparation, most notably JEE. Because of this, the two apps are maintained separately, each with its own course catalog, batches, and pricing, so students preparing for competitive exams will need to download Mission JEET specifically rather than expecting to find that content inside the main Next Toppers app.
Should You Try It?
If you’re a Class 11 or 12 student specifically preparing for JEE and already familiar with Next Toppers’ teaching style from board exam content, Mission JEET is a natural platform to explore, since it follows a similar live-class-plus-recordings format. As with any newer app, it’s worth checking current course coverage carefully inside the app before relying on it as your sole preparation resource, since coverage of specific topics or exam variants may still be expanding as the platform matures.
Frequently Asked Questions

Final Thoughts
Mission JEET represents Next Toppers’ expansion beyond board exam coaching into the competitive exam space, built on the same live-class-and-recordings model that made the original platform popular. For JEE aspirants looking for an affordable, mobile-first coaching option from a team with a proven track record in board exam preparation, it’s worth exploring, while keeping an eye on how its course catalog continues to develop.
The Bigger Picture
Launching Mission JEET signals that Next Toppers is looking to grow beyond its original board-exam-focused identity into the broader competitive exam coaching space, following a path similar to other Indian EdTech brands that started with school-level content before expanding into JEE and NEET preparation. For students who already trust the Next Toppers teaching style from Class 9 or 10, this expansion means that same familiar approach is now available for a later stage of their academic journey as well.
